Prior to founding Tacoma Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Anderson spent nearly 15 years providing dental care to underserved populations, including large immigrant, refugee, and migrant communities. Her passion for improving access to care remains, as she continues to work as a pediatric dentist at the Puyallup Tribal Health Authority, treating American Indian and Alaska Native populations. Along with her education and training, this experience has given her a unique perspective on pediatric dental care. She serves children of all ages and from all backgrounds with an empathetic, education-focused, and truly personal approach.

She’s joined in her mission by Dr. Jessica Webb, an expert in special needs dentistry. Together, our dental team delivers truly exceptional care for every child. • Preventive care – What’s better than treating cavities in kids? Preventing them altogether! We offer a full suite of preventive treatments including checkups, X-rays, fluoride treatments, and dental sealants, to name just a few. We’re also focused on patient education and helping kids and their parents understand how to prevent cavities and keep their smiles healthy.
  
• Laser frenectomies – Tongue ties and lip ties are a common problem in kids and can impair breastfeeding, eating, and oral development. Thanks to our CO2 laser, frenectomies take just a few moments, and your child can heal and recover from their tongue tie and lip tie treatment much more quickly.
  
• Special needs dentistry – Pediatric dentists are specialists with additional training to treat children with special needs. No matter what your child’s diagnosis, Drs. Anderson and Webb will provide the expert care they need in Tacoma.
